Total Steel Limited, (TSL) started out essentially as a mini steel rolling mill producing and marketing re-bars in Nigeria in the early 90’s. The plant was located in the commercial and industrial heartbeat of Lagos and had a melting furnace and re-bar rolling mill with an annual capacity of 20,000 metric tones of rolled products.
